You can find Premises Experts Private Limited at A-81 on the ground floor of The Palladians in Sector-50. It is a decent spot in Gurgaon, fairly easy to reach once you get into the sector. We have been working out of this ground-floor unit for a while now. It is nice because we do not have to wait for elevators, and people can just walk right in. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and folders stacked up, but it works for us. We are not really the type to care about having a designer office. As long as the lights work and the computers are running, we are happy. There are three or four of us here most days, typing away or talking to people on the mobile. Sector-50 has grown a lot since we first arrived. The Palladians is a recognizable building, which helps when we are trying to explain where we are over the phone. We do our best to stay on top of the work, though sometimes things get a bit behind when it is busy. We do not have any corporate manuals or big mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar and a list of things to do. It is a local operation, through and through. We know the Haryana area well and like being based in Gurgaon. If you drop by, you might find us having a quick lunch at our desks. It is just how we get through the day.
