Polybeek India Private Ltd

We’ve been set up here at 22, Roj-Ka-Meo Industrial Area in Sohna for a while now. It’s a busy spot, mostly industrial stuff all around us. If you know the area, you know how the roads get during shift changes. We spend most of our days inside the facility at Polybeek India Private Ltd, just getting through the orders and making sure everything runs like it should. It’s not fancy work, but it keeps us busy. Some days are louder than others depending on what machines are running. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the production floor. The weather in Sohna can be pretty rough in the summer, so we try to keep the air moving inside. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on stuff here. We’ve got a small team, and most of us have been around long enough to know the quirks of the equipment. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. Usually, if there’s a problem, we just walk over and talk about it right there on the floor. It’s a straightforward way to run things. Getting supplies in and out of the industrial area takes some planning because of the truck traffic, but we’ve got a rhythm down. Most people here live nearby or commute from the surrounding parts of Sohna. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to do a decent job every day without making too much of a fuss about it.
