Our facility is located at Plot No 127 in Sector 3 of IMT Manesar. It’s a pretty standard industrial plot like many others around here. We spend most of our time dealing with auto components. The day usually starts early when the first shift comes in. There is a lot of loading and unloading that happens at the gate. We have to keep track of everything coming in and going out, which can get a bit chaotic on Mondays. The office part of the building is just a few desks and some old filing cabinets. We don't spend much time there anyway. Most of the action is out on the floor where the parts are being handled. It gets noisy with the tools running, but you get used to it after a few days. We’ve had some issues with the road outside being under repair for months, which makes it hard for the bigger trucks to turn in. But we manage. The staff here mostly lives nearby or takes the company bus. It’s a regular group of people just trying to do their jobs. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just know what needs to be made and we try to get it done without too many mistakes. It’s just how things work in a place like Manesar where everyone is busy making something for the cars on the road. It isn't perfect, but we keep moving.
