Pgs Partner India Private Limited operates out of Unit No-128 in the Suncity Success Tower. It's on the Golf Course Extension Road in Sector-65. That area of Gurugram has grown so much lately. It’s full of these big glass towers now. Success Tower is one of them. Our office is a decent size. We have enough room for everyone to have their own space, but we still end up shouting across the room to ask questions. It’s a professional environment but we don't take ourselves too seriously. There’s always someone complaining about the air conditioning being too cold or the coffee machine acting up. It feels like a real workplace. We have clients coming in sometimes, so we try to keep the place looking somewhat tidy, though there's usually a pile of folders on someone's desk. We've been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change. More cafes have opened up nearby, which is good for lunch breaks. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. If we get through the to-do list, it’s a good day. We’re just a team of people trying to do a solid job. No big promises or flashy talk. We just show up at Success Tower and get to work like everyone else. We stay until the job is done and then head home to our families.
