Pet Chikitsa Veterinary Hospital

We are located down on the lower ground floor of the Sushant Shopping Arcade, specifically at D-007. Being in a shopping arcade means it stays relatively cool even when it’s hot outside, which the animals seem to appreciate. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes, but once you find our unit, it’s straightforward. We have a decent amount of space for a basement-level shop. There’s a main area for reception and then several rooms for the vets to work in. We’ve been in Sushant Lok 1 for quite some time now. Most of our regulars are people who live in the apartments nearby. They just walk their dogs over or carry their cats in. We spend a lot of our day cleaning, as you can imagine. There’s always a mop leaning against the wall somewhere. We don't have any big corporate backing or anything. It’s just a local hospital run by people who live nearby. We keep the lights on and the doors open during our regular hours. Sometimes the arcade gets busy with shoppers, but our corner stays mostly focused on the animals. We have a small fridge for medicines and a few shelves for various supplies. It’s a busy life, but we like the routine of it. If you’re coming into the arcade, just head downstairs and look for unit D-007. We’re usually there with at least one or two pets in the waiting area. We use a regular notebook to track our daily appointments.
