We are based in Gurgaon at Level 4, Augusta Point, on Golf Course Road. This part of Haryana is full of tall glass buildings and lots of corporate offices, but we try to keep things a bit more down-to-earth at Pelican Products & Services. We handle a variety of products and services for different industries. Our office is a functional space where we manage the logistics and the sales side of the business. It’s not a huge place, just enough for our team to sit and get through the daily emails and calls. Gurgaon is a very fast city, and the traffic on Golf Course Road is almost always heavy. We are used to the noise and the pace by now. Our staff is a small group of people who just want to get the work done right. We don't use a lot of complicated business talk. If a customer needs something, we just figure out the best way to get it to them. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to our partners. Sometimes we have a coffee and talk about how much the area has changed over the years. We’ve been in Sector 53 for a while and it’s a good location for reaching our clients. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on providing a practical service from our office on the fourth floor.
