Paras Hospital

Paras Hospital is where we spend all our time. It is a hospital through and through, with the usual smells of cleaning stuff and people always walking up and down the halls. We have rooms for patients and a place where the doctors sit. It is not a very quiet place because things are always happening. Someone is always checking a chart or moving a trolley around. We have the usual machines that beep and desks piled with paperwork that never seems to go away. People come in at all hours because that is just how a hospital works. There are plastic chairs in the waiting area that have seen better days but they do the job for families waiting to hear news. We do not have a big fancy lobby with waterfalls or anything. It is just floors and walls and people trying to get better. The lights stay on all night and there is usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back room for the staff. We see a lot of different faces every day and we try to keep things moving as best as we can. It gets a bit chaotic during the shift changes when everyone is talking at once. It is just a normal, working hospital where we do the daily work of looking after folks who come through the door. We stay busy and the day usually goes by pretty fast because there is always something to do.
