Panzra Chit Fund Private Limited is on the second floor of House No 1976P. We are in Sector-45, which is a busy part of Gurgaon. You have to walk up the stairs to get to us since there is no lift in this building. The office is basically a few rooms that we have turned into a workspace. Gurgaon is full of big shiny offices, but ours is much more modest. We manage chit funds here. This means there is a lot of paperwork and people coming in to pay their dues. From our window, you can see the busy street below and all the cars trying to find a parking spot. It’s never quiet during the day. We have a small table where we keep a jug of water for anyone who comes in thirsty. The desks are covered in piles of folders and calculators. We try to stay organized, but sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people show up at once. We don't have a receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door just says hello. It’s a very informal environment. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the long afternoons. Haryana's heat can be tough, so we have a small cooler in the corner. We just do our job and go home like everyone else in the sector.
