Living and working in House No. 308 in HUDA Sector 22 makes things pretty straightforward. Panacea Homoeopathic Clinic isn't a big hospital or anything like that. It’s just a quiet spot where we focus on a different way of looking at health. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we see a lot of the same people over the years. The waiting area is small, just a few chairs and some old magazines, but it’s peaceful. We started this because we liked the idea of treatments that don't always involve heavy medicine. It’s a bit of a slower pace here compared to the big clinics. Sometimes the gate outside squeaks when people come in, and we keep meaning to oil it, but we get busy talking to everyone and forget. We spend a lot of time just listening to what’s bothering people. In Sector 22, everyone talks, so word gets around if someone feels better. We don't have a big front desk staff or a fancy computer system to track everything. We use a lot of paper files and some simple glass jars. It’s how we like to run things. It’s a simple setup, but it’s been our home for a long time and we like it that way. We aren't interested in being fancy.
