At Packart Exim Private Limited, we work out of Plot Number 31 in Friends Colony. We are on the first floor, right here in Old Faridabad. It’s an older part of town, which we actually like because it feels more established. Our day starts early, usually with a lot of coffee and looking over the export and import documents. We handle a variety of items, and being in Faridabad helps us stay connected to the local industries. The office is a bit lived-in, with desks pushed together and plenty of paper everywhere. We aren't the type to use big words or pretend we are bigger than we are. It’s just a handful of us making sure shipments are tracked and customers get their answers. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but we just deal with it. We’ve lived and worked in Haryana for a long time, so we know how things move around here. Our focus is just on the daily grind of the exim business. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or because they need someone local in Friends Colony. It’s a practical way to run a business. We keep our overhead low and just try to be reliable for the people who count on us. It’s steady work and we’re glad to be doing it together.
