We've been at Plot No.90 for a good while now. Huda Market is always busy, especially in Part II where we are. It’s mostly just us and a few helpers trying to keep the shelves organized, but things get messy pretty fast. We have a lot of different wooden items and small things people like to put on their mantels. Some days it’s quiet and we just sit outside and watch the people go by in Sector 15. Then other days, it feels like everyone is coming in at once asking for the same thing. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It's just a shop with stuff stacked up. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit in the back, but we know where everything is. My father started this place because he liked working with his hands. Now we mostly source from local makers. We try to keep things simple. If you walk past the main market area, you'll see our sign. It’s not the biggest sign, but it’s been there long enough that people know it. We usually open up around ten, once the tea stall nearby starts getting busy. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the inventory, but it’s what we do. We like being part of this neighborhood. Most of our regulars live just a few blocks away. They come in to chat as much as they do to buy anything. That's just how it is here in the market.
