Optics

We are located in Supermart 2, specifically E 24, over in DLF City Phase IV. It’s a busy spot in Gurgaon. Most people know the area because of the shops and the food. Our place, Optics, is pretty straightforward. We have the usual displays of glasses and the equipment for checking eyes in the back room. It isn't a massive showroom, just a functional space. Working in a mall-like setup means we see a lot of people who are just passing through. They might be grabbing groceries and decide they finally need to get their eyes checked. The lighting in here is quite bright, which helps when you are looking at tiny frame details. We do spend a lot of time helping people pick out frames that actually fit their faces. It’s harder than it looks. The weekends are the busiest times. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with kids running around while their parents are trying on spectacles. We try to keep things moving. We’ve been here long enough to see the shops around us change names and owners. It’s a good community though. Even when the parking is a mess outside, people still find their way to us. We just keep the shop open and stay ready for whoever walks in next. It gets the job done and we know the regulars who work in the nearby offices.
