Nirmi Welfare Foundation

Nirmi Welfare Foundation is based at F019B on the First Floor of Royale Casa Floors. We are in Sector 57, which is part of Sushant Lok 2. It is a nice area, mostly residential with these low-rise floors. Our office feels a lot like a home that has been turned into a workspace. It has got a kitchen and a bathroom just like a regular flat. We have set up our computers in what would probably be the living room. It makes for a very informal atmosphere. We do not wear suits or anything like that. Most of us just come in wearing regular clothes. Sector 57 is pretty quiet, though you can hear the occasional car or a delivery bike going past. We have a small balcony where we keep some empty boxes and a few spare chairs. Sometimes we sit out there when the weather is nice. We do our welfare work from here, mostly organizing things over the phone or on the computer. It is not a very big team. We all know each other well. There is usually some music playing softly in the background. We try to stay on top of our work, but we are not robots. If someone is having a bad day, we take a break and talk. It is a friendly place. We have been in Royale Casa Floors for a bit and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. It's just a regular group of people.
