Our clinic and optical shop is on the first floor of Palam Vyapar Kendra, specifically at C-67. We are right near Chirayu Clinic, so if you’ve been around Palam Vihar, you’ve probably walked past our building a dozen times. It’s a bit of a hub for local shops and services. We do the testing for your eyes and then help you pick out frames if you need them. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a massive showroom with thousands of designer brands, just a good selection of stuff that actually works and doesn't cost a fortune. The people working here aren't sales reps; we are just folks who know how to measure eyes and fit lenses. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times three families walk in at once and it gets a bit hectic. We just take it as it comes. The stairs up to the first floor are easy enough to find. We’ve been in Palam Vihar for a bit now and we like the crowd here. People are honest and they just want to be able to see their screens or books better. We don't use any fancy marketing language to get people in. Most of our visitors come because a neighbor told them we did a decent job with their last pair of bifocals. We just keep our tools ready and our shelves stocked with glasses that people can actually afford to wear every day.
