If you go to the Sushant Shopping Arcade in Gurgaon, you’ll find us on the second floor at Office number 247. Net Websys Solutions Private Limited is the name on our door. Being in a shopping arcade means there’s always food nearby and people walking around. It’s a lively place to have an office. We’ve been in Block-D for a while now. The office isn't fancy, just a few rooms with desks and computers. We handle web systems, which is a lot of technical work that most people find boring. But for us, it’s just what we do every day. We spend a lot of time looking at servers and making sure everything stays connected. Sometimes the power goes out in the building, which is always a bit of a headache, but we have backups for that. It’s a small team here. We mostly just talk across the desks rather than sending a bunch of internal emails. It’s faster that way. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or expensive furniture. We’d rather just focus on the technical stuff and make sure our clients are happy. It’s a straightforward way of working. Most of us have been in this industry for years, so we’ve seen a lot of changes. We just keep adapting to whatever new technology comes out. It’s not always easy, but it keeps us on our toes. We usually wrap things up by six and head out into the Gurgaon traffic.
