DLF Phase 3 is a fast part of town, always full of cars and people heading to the office. We are located at 1 Nathupur Road, which puts us right by the new corporate park. Being Neelkanth Hospitals Private Limited in such a busy area means there is never a dull moment. The traffic on Nathupur Road can be pretty rough during the morning rush, so we are used to the sound of horns outside. Our building is a big mix of concrete and glass, fitting right into the corporate surroundings. Inside, it is a whole different world. We have the usual white walls and the smell of cleaning supplies that you find in any hospital. It is a big operation with a lot of people working different shifts. You will see nurses and doctors rushing around the elevators all day long. We see a lot of people who work in the nearby corporate offices and families living in the residential parts of Phase 3. The lobby gets quite loud when the shifts change over. We do not have any polished speeches about what we do. It is just a hospital where the work is steady and the days are long. We have the space and the tools to handle whatever comes in. It is a busy, functional place that reflects the energy of Gurgaon. We just focus on our tasks and try to stay organized amidst all the daily activity.
