The office is just a front room with a couple of chairs and a sturdy table. We use a lot of blue ink pens and heavy paper. Sometimes when the weather is nice, we sit outside on the porch to do the easier work. It’s peaceful here. We don't have a website or any of those modern things. If someone needs us, they just walk over to the house. We know most of our visitors by their first names. In the winter, it gets quite cold, so we wrap up in blankets while we work. It’s a very simple way of doing business. We aren't looking to grow into some huge company. We just want to keep things running smoothly for the village. It is a lot of responsibility but we handle it one day at a time without any fuss.
