Nakshatra Niketan

You can find Nakshatra Niketan inside Jagdamba Palace on Old Railway Road. We are situated very close to Jay Cinema, so there is always a lot of activity nearby, especially in the evenings when people are out for a movie. The building is one of the older ones in the area, and it has its own quirks like creaky floors and walls that have been painted many times. We have been here for a while and most of the local shopkeepers know us by name. It is not a massive operation. We just have a few rooms where we conduct our business. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby with air conditioning. It’s a very plain and practical space. Sometimes the noise from the traffic on Old Railway Road can be quite loud, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We don’t do any big promotions or put up giant banners. We mostly just wait for people to stop in. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned way to run a place, but it works for us. We try to keep things clean, but the dust from the road always finds its way inside. It’s just a normal part of being in this part of town. We are just local people providing a space for whoever needs it, without any extra fuss or unnecessary complications.
