Mother Sumi Systems Ltd

Mother Sumi Systems Ltd is located out in Sector 4 of IMT Manesar, specifically around 195/196 Kasan. It’s a big industrial zone, so there are always trucks moving in and out of the gates. The area is quite vast. You see a lot of people in uniforms walking to their shifts early in the morning. Our building is pretty standard for Tapukara, just a large structure with lots of windows and a paved yard. It gets very hot out here in the afternoons. There isn't much shade unless you’re inside. We have the usual security desk at the front where everyone has to sign in. The inside is mostly open space where the work happens. It’s noisy with the sound of machines and people shouting to be heard over the hum. We have a small area for breaks where we eat our lunch. The floors are concrete and stay cool in the winter but get dusty fast. It feels like a beehive sometimes, everyone just doing their part of the process. We’ve been part of this IMT landscape for a while. You can see the factory chimneys in the distance from our roof. It’s a long commute for some of us, but we’re used to it. The road out to Kasan can be bumpy after the rains. We just show up and keep the systems running day after day. There are no fancy offices here, just rows of equipment and parts ready for the next stage. It is what it is, a place where people work hard and go home.
