Moderik Pharmaceuticals Private Limited

We are located over in Part 2 on Marutikunj Road. If you know the area in Gurugram, you know it’s a mix of different things happening at once. Our office is at House Number 22, right on Street Number 10 in Shantikunj. It’s more of a residential-feeling area than those big glass office buildings you see in the main city. We like it that way because it’s a bit more grounded. The street can get a little narrow when trucks come through, but we manage. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files for Moderik Pharmaceuticals. We’ve been at this location for some time now, and the neighbors are mostly used to us. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or use the backup generator. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We talk to each other, have our lunch together, and try to make sure the orders go out when they should. Marutikunj has its own rhythm, and we’ve just kind of blended into it. The walk from the main road isn't too bad, though it gets dusty in the dry months. We’ve got a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. It’s practical work. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders as long as the work is getting handled properly. It is just our everyday routine.
