Mocactus Innovation Private Limited

We are located right at the Huda City Centre Metro Station on the 4th floor. It’s in Sector 29, which is a really busy part of town. Having the office at a metro station is pretty handy for those of us who don’t want to drive in the Gurgaon traffic. Mocactus Innovation Private Limited is the name on the door, but we’re a fairly small crew. We spend our time working on innovation projects, which is a fancy way of saying we try to build new things for the internet and mobile devices. Some days are spent brainstorming on a whiteboard, and other days are just hours of quiet work at our desks. Because we’re at the station, there’s a constant hum of activity from the trains and the people downstairs. It keeps things from feeling too stagnant. The office itself is pretty simple—nothing too flashy. We have a small area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. We don't have a corporate chef or anything like that. We usually just grab something from the food court downstairs when we get hungry. It’s a very straightforward way to work. We don't worry about titles or hierarchy much. Everyone just pitches in where they can to get the projects finished. It’s an honest living and we enjoy the challenge of making things that people might actually find useful.
