Mineral India Pvt Ltd is based on Pataudi Road in Gurgaon. We are on the ground floor at No-34/22. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always something going on outside our door with all the traffic. Gurgaon has changed a lot since we started, but Pataudi Road still feels like the heart of things for us. We spend our days dealing with mineral orders and talking to various suppliers. It’s practical work that requires attention to detail. We don't have a fancy reception area with a coffee machine or leather chairs. Instead, we have desks piled with files and people who actually know their business inside out. We don’t make big promises we can't keep; we just try to get the orders right and delivered on time to the people waiting for them. Sometimes there are delays with transport or paperwork, which can be frustrating, but we handle it as best as we can. Our team is a mix of older guys who have been here forever and some newer faces who are still learning the ropes. We speak plainly to everyone who walks through the door. There’s no need for corporate jargon when you’re talking about rocks and minerals. People come to us because they know exactly where we are and that we’ll be there tomorrow. It’s a local business through and through. We stay focused on the day-to-day operations and making sure the paperwork matches what’s actually on the trucks. It is just how we have always operated.
