Mberg Foundation

We are set up at Q-5/11 in DLF Phase 2, Sikanderpur. This part of Gurgaon is always moving, and being near Sikanderpur means there’s a lot of traffic and people everywhere. Our office is a small space in a busy residential and commercial mix. It’s got enough room for our desks and a small corner for files. We’ve been in this part of Haryana for a while now, so we’ve seen the metro come in and all the changes that followed. The office isn't anything special to look at. It's just a functional place where we get our work done. We don't have any fancy mission statements or posters on the walls. We just have a calendar and some to-do lists. The staff is quite small, so we all know each other well. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have visitors, but we make it work. We prefer it this way instead of being in a cold, empty corporate park. It feels more real to be right in the middle of the city noise. We spend our days mostly on the phone or working through documents. We don't try to impress anyone with big words. We just explain what we’re doing in plain English and move on to the next thing. It’s a busy life in DLF, but we enjoy being right where the action is.
