Working in Gurgaon, specifically in DLF Phase 1, means you spend a lot of time thinking about the traffic. Our office is in Block G, and it’s a busy little hub where we handle a lot of the business side of things. It’s mostly desks, computers, and people talking on headsets. We have been in this part of Haryana for a while, and we’ve seen the skyline change almost every month. It’s a bit of a maze in Block G if you don’t know where you are going. We deal with a lot of international stuff, being a GmbH, but on the inside, it’s just a bunch of regular people trying to hit their targets. The coffee machine is probably the most important piece of equipment we have. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just try to help businesses navigate the market here without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet goes down or the power cuts out, and we all just take a break until things come back on. It’s a professional enough spot, but we aren't wearing suits every day. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable and get through the emails. It’s a practical office where the work gets done, even if the Gurgaon commute makes us all a little late sometimes. That’s just life in the city.
