MAHESH PREFAB PVT. LTD. is located right at the 38th mile stone on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway. We are on Behrampur Road in Khandsa. Being situated on such a major highway means there is always a lot of movement. It’s a dusty and loud area, but it’s the right place for the kind of prefab work we do. We have a large yard here because the structures we build take up a lot of room. It’s definitely not a polished corporate office. It’s more of a functional workshop and storage area. We have been working out of Khandsa for quite a while now. The weather here can be really tough. It gets incredibly hot in the summer and pretty cold in the winter months, but we just keep going. Our crew is made up of practical people who know how to build things. We don't use a lot of marketing talk or try to sound bigger than we are. We just show the work we've done. Most of our day is spent outside or in the sheds, making sure everything is being put together correctly. It’s a very hands-on life. You won't find any fancy decorations here, just the tools and materials we need for the next job. It's a busy, gritty place where we just get things built.
