This facility is located in the Kasan Maruti Suzuki Supplier Park, inside Sector 3A of Industrial Area 1. It’s a big operation where we focus on making powertrain components for vehicles. The environment here is very different from a small shop. It’s full of machines, conveyor belts, and people in safety gear. We follow a strict schedule because we have to keep up with the production needs of the car manufacturers. It’s loud inside the factory with the sound of metal being worked and machines humming. We have different sections for assembly, testing, and quality checks. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush chairs or decorative items. Everything has a purpose and a place. The floors are marked with yellow lines for safety. We spend our shifts making sure the parts are built to the right measurements. There’s a lot of heat in some areas from the manufacturing process. We have a canteen where everyone gathers for lunch, which is usually the only time it gets a bit quiet on the floor. It’s a serious place because the components we make are essential for how an engine runs. We don't do much talking while the machines are going. It’s just about getting the work done right and keeping the lines moving. The commute out here to Kasan is long for some of us, but it’s a steady job.
