Our team works out of a bungalow in Sector 17, specifically at number 103 on the ground floor. It is a bit different from a standard office building since it is an old-style bungalow. We find it a lot more comfortable for the kind of infrastructure work we do. Being on the ground floor is handy because we are constantly moving in and out with gear and documents. Sector 17 is a pretty well-known area, so people don’t have much trouble finding us when they need to stop by. Inside, we have converted the rooms into workspaces where we keep our maps and project files. It is not the most organized place in the world, as there are always rolls of paper and technical drawings sitting on the chairs. We spend a lot of time talking about roads, utilities, and how to get things built properly. The atmosphere is generally relaxed, and we don't bother with suits or formal meetings unless we absolutely have to. Most of the time, it is just us drinking coffee and trying to solve problems that come up on the job. The garden outside the bungalow is nice to look at when we need a break from the computer screens. We have stayed in this location because it is central and it works for the way we like to run things. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which suits our style just fine.
