This office is located at A-319/A in South City-1, right near the Signature Tower in the Unitech area. It’s a bit different from our other locations because this part of town is always moving with a lot of corporate traffic and big buildings nearby. We handle a lot of the planning and the oversight for our infrastructure projects from this desk. Most days involve a lot of paperwork, checking on site progress via phone, and making sure the supplies are getting where they need to go on time. The space here is usually filled with the sound of computers and people talking about timelines or budget sheets. It’s a bit of a hub for us where we try to keep everything organized, even if the desks end up covered in coffee cups and scribbled notes by the afternoon. We don’t really do the flashy stuff; it’s mostly just making sure the engineering and the construction side of things stays on track. Being near the Signature Tower means we are easy to find, though the traffic around here can be a bit of a headache during the rush hours. We have a small group of people working here who have been with us for a while, so we all know how the projects are supposed to run. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one step at a time and try to stay on top of the daily grind of the building business. We aren't here to show off, we are here to get the work finished.
