We have a setup in Flat No 171 within the City Co-Op Group Housing Society in Sector 55, Gurgaon. It is a residential plot, number 73, and we use this apartment for our local coordination and administrative needs. It’s a different environment compared to our main factory floors or larger offices. Being in a housing society means it is much quieter and feels more personal. We have turned the different rooms of the flat into small workspaces with computers and filing systems. It’s a bit of a tight fit, especially when we have several people working at once, but we make it work. The balcony looks out over the society’s gardens, which is a nice change of pace from the industrial zones. We have to follow the society rules, so we keep things pretty low-key and don't have many visitors. It’s a good spot for focusing on the details that sometimes get lost in the bigger offices. We’ve been using this flat for a few years now and it has served us well. The staff who work here like the fact that they can step out and be in a normal neighborhood during their breaks. It is a practical and quiet corner where we can get through our daily lists without too many distractions. It’s just a normal apartment that happens to be where we do our work. We usually finish up by six and head home like everyone else.
