Lifecare Innovations Pvt Ltd is tucked away in B -589, Sushant Lok, Phase 1, Gurgaon. It’s a bit different from the usual retail shops or big hospitals since we focus more on the innovation side of things. Our office in Gurgaon is where the thinking and planning happen. It’s not a huge, sprawling campus with fountains; it’s a functional space where we have our desks, computers, and a lot of whiteboards. Being in Sushant Lok means we’re close to everything, but tucked back enough that it isn't quite as loud as the main highway. Most of us commute in through the usual Gurgaon congestion, so the morning starts with everyone complaining about the traffic while the tea brews. We spend our hours looking at designs, talking about new ideas, and trying to figure out how to make things work better. There’s a lot of sitting around tables and debating small details that probably wouldn't make sense to anyone else. It’s not always exciting—there’s a fair amount of filing and logistical stuff that keeps us busy too. We don’t have a marketing team to make us sound like the next big thing. We’re just a group of people working in an office in Phase 1, trying to solve some problems and get our projects moving. When the day ends, we usually head out to grab some food nearby or start the long drive home.
