Km Equal Chances Foundation

We run the Km Equal Chances Foundation from a ground floor spot in Faridabad, specifically at A-79/GF AE II. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk in without worrying about elevators. Faridabad is a busy place, and our little corner of it is no different. There is always something going on outside the door. We aren’t a big organization with a bunch of departments. It’s just a small team of us trying to make things a little more balanced for people. We don't have a polished pitch or a fancy office setup. Most of our chairs don't match and the kettle is always running. We spend our days answering phones and trying to help folks who stop by. It’s hard work and some days are better than others. We don't try to act like we’re changing the whole world overnight. We just focus on what’s right in front of us in this part of Haryana. Sometimes we get overwhelmed with the amount of stuff to do, but we just take it one task at a time. It’s a bit messy and loud sometimes, but that’s just how we operate. We like being accessible to the community here. It’s a simple setup for a simple goal. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just trying to be decent people doing what we think is right.
