Kia Welfare Foundation

We are located at 130 in the HSIDC area, specifically Phase 2 in Rai, Sonepat. This is an industrial zone, so it’s surrounded by a lot of factories and warehouses. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s a practical location because many of the people we try to help work in these very factories. The building is a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of tea mugs. We spend our time working on welfare projects that benefit the local workforce and their families. Sonepat has grown a lot lately, and there’s always a need for some extra support. We aren't a huge team. Usually, there’s only three or four of us in the office at any given time. The rest are out visiting sites or meeting people. It can get quite loud with the industrial noise nearby, but we’re used to it. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or marketing. Every bit of resources we have goes straight into our projects. We like the grit of being in an industrial area like Rai. It keeps us grounded and reminds us why we started this foundation in the first place. It’s hard work, but we find it rewarding to be right here where the action is.
