Kavishala Foundation

Kavishala Foundation is run out of Flat No. 112 in Height Apartments. This is located in South City 1, Gurgaon. Working from an apartment means we have a pretty small, tight-knit setup. We don’t have a big staff or a multi-floor office. It’s just a few of us in 122001. We use the space to organize all our foundation activities. South City 1 is a nice area, and being in Height Apartments makes things feel very grounded. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We have our computers set up in the main room and we keep our files in the back. It’s a bit cramped when we have visitors, but we make it work. We aren't interested in using a lot of big words to describe ourselves. We are just people who wanted to start something and needed a place to do it. This flat is where all the ideas happen. We handle everything from here, from the mail to the planning. It’s a bit informal, maybe even a little disorganized on busy days, but it feels real. Gurgaon can be a very fast-paced city, so having this quiet apartment as our base is helpful. We’ve been here for a while and don’t see any reason to change things. It’s just us doing our thing in South City. We drink a lot of tea and get through the paperwork as it comes in.
