Karyashala By Swati Foundation is based out of Ansal Valley Estate, right on the Gurgaon-Faridabad Road. We are in Tower 10, Flat 1602. Living and working out here in Gwarl Pahar is a bit different than being in the middle of the city. It’s a lot greener and the air feels a bit better, even if the commute can be a bit of a trek sometimes. We started this because we wanted to have a space where things actually happen. It's not a big corporate office with glass walls and uniforms. It’s a flat where we sit down and figure things out. Sometimes the internet acts up or we run out of tea, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a small operation. We spend a lot of time talking and planning. Swati and the rest of us just try to keep things moving forward. It’s a lot of work, and there are days when we wonder why we took it all on. But then something goes right and it feels worth it. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us in Gurgaon, trying to make some sense of our days. The drive along the Faridabad road is usually okay if you time it right. We're just regular people working out of a home office. It gets a bit crowded when we all have our laptops out on the dining table, but we make it work.
