Karunaanjali Foundation

We are located in DLF Phase-V, over at Princeton Estate, specifically in P-3A/151. Even though it’s a big residential area, we try to keep Karunaanjali Foundation feeling small and personal. It’s really just a couple of us working out of a flat. We started this because we wanted to focus on being kind to people who often get overlooked. It sounds simple, but it keeps us busy. Our office is mostly just stacks of papers and a couple of computers. We don’t have any fancy signage or a big reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through donations or replying to letters. We aren't a big corporate entity with a board of directors. We just make decisions as we go. Sometimes we disagree on how to do things, but we always work it out over some tea. The neighborhood is quiet, which helps us focus. We don't do big advertising campaigns. Most of our support comes from people nearby who see what we’re doing. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't pretend to have all the answers. We’re just trying to do something decent with our time. It’s a bit slow sometimes, but we think that’s okay. Our space is cozy, and there is usually a stack of books sitting on the corner table for anyone to read.
