Johonson Matthey India Private Limited

Johonson Matthey India Private Limited is up here on the 11th floor. We are in C Block, Building No. 8, right in the middle of DLF Cyber City. It’s a very modern area of DLF Phase II, with lots of glass buildings and people in a hurry. Our office is busy, but we try to keep things grounded. We work on various industrial materials and chemicals that go into things most people use every day without thinking about it. Even though we are part of a larger name, this office feels like its own little world. The view from the window shows the metro line and the constant stream of cars below. We spend a lot of time on computers and in meetings, trying to figure out the best way to handle our projects. It’s a lot of paperwork and technical data. The coffee machine in the breakroom is probably the most used thing here. We have a mix of people who have been here for a decade and some new faces fresh out of college. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but we get the job done. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do our hours, and try to make sure everything runs smoothly for the clients. Sometimes the elevators take forever during lunch, but you get used to the wait and the crowds.
