Our place is located at 233 in Sector 8, right in the middle of IMT Manesar. If you know this area, you know it's all about factories and workshops. Ishman Autoelectric Pvt.Ltd. isn't a huge operation, but we stay busy with the electrical side of things for vehicles. There’s usually a pile of wires or some components sitting on the benches. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations. The walls are a bit dusty and the light isn't always perfect, but we get the job done. Lunchtime is when it gets quiet for a bit, and then the noise starts back up again. People come and go throughout the day. We've got a small team here. Some of us live nearby, others commute a long way to get to Manesar. It’s a lot of repetitive work, checking connections and making sure everything is put together right. We have our routines. Someone brings in snacks sometimes, and we sit around the small table in the back. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The traffic in Sector 8 can be a headache in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up before the rush starts. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just do the autoelectric work and keep the shop running. It's just a regular day-to-day business for us here, nothing more and nothing less.
