Intelacia Consulting (Opc) Private Limited is based out of unit 201 in T-17 at Emaar Palm Hills. This is over in Sector-77, not too far from Aapno Ghar in Shikohpur. Narsinghpur is the general area. It's a residential sort of setting, so it's relatively calm compared to the busy market areas. Living and working around here means you get used to the commute and the security gates at the entrance. We spend most of our time inside these walls dealing with the day-to-day tasks. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and some green patches. It’s a modern enough building, which is nice when the elevators are working fine. We’ve set up our workspace to be functional. There’s a table for meetings and the usual computers. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy if there’s construction nearby, which seems to happen a lot in Sector-77. We just carry on. It’s an OPC, so it’s a small operation here at Intelacia. We don’t have a big team or a massive lobby. It is just a straightforward place where the work gets done. If someone is coming by, we usually tell them to look for the Emaar signs since it’s the easiest landmark around Shikohpur. It's a practical spot for us to handle our consulting work without too much distraction from the outside world.
