You can find us over at 17A/ M-3 in DLF City, Phase 2. It’s a pretty central location in Gurgaon, which is nice for getting around, even if the traffic is a nightmare most evenings. The office itself is fairly basic. We have our desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a kitchen area that mostly just holds a kettle and some biscuits. We spend a lot of time here looking at screens and talking through various technical problems. It’s not a flashy place with bean bags or ping-pong tables; it’s just where we come to work. Sometimes it gets a little loud when we’re all debating something, but usually, it’s just the sound of typing. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and it feels like home. The neighborhood has changed a lot around us, with more buildings going up all the time. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no big corporate hierarchy where you have to fill out five forms to get a new pen. If something needs doing, one of us just does it. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it keeps us focused on the actual tech work instead of office politics. It’s just a group of people trying to do a decent job every day in the middle of the city.
