Indiabulls Pharmacare Limited is situated in Phase V of Udyog Vihar. Our spot is at Plot No. 448-451. Since it’s an industrial area, it’s quite a large space compared to a regular office. There’s always the sound of trucks and people moving things around. Gurgaon’s Udyog Vihar is a maze if you don’t know your way around, but Phase V is one of the more established parts. We have a good amount of room here to handle the pharmaceutical operations. It’s mostly concrete and metal around here, which is typical for 122016. The traffic on the way in during the mornings can be pretty bad, so we all try to get in early. Our plots are joined together, so there’s plenty of walking back and forth between the different sections. It’s a busy environment. We don’t have fancy rugs or art on the walls. It’s a working facility with shelves, desks, and a lot of logistics going on. You see a lot of other companies nearby doing similar things. It feels like a place where stuff actually gets moved and shipped. We spend our days making sure the orders are right and the trucks are loaded. It's loud, it's busy, and there is always something that needs fixing, but that’s just how Udyog Vihar is. We like the pace of it.
