Ileach Trading Private Limited

G - 18/16 in DLF Phase I is where we’ve set up shop. It’s a well-known part of town, and we’ve been here as Ileach Trading Private Limited for a bit now. The office is part of a larger building, and it’s got a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There’s always a stack of papers somewhere that needs sorting, and the furniture has seen better days, but it’s comfortable enough for us. We do a lot of trading, which means we’re always on the phone or checking prices. It’s not a very glamorous life, but it’s what we know. DLF Phase I is a nice area to be in, though finding parking can be a total nightmare if you arrive after ten in the morning. We usually just try to get in early and get settled. There’s no big boss-employee vibe here; we all just pitch in where we’re needed. Sometimes that means the manager is the one making the tea or going down to pick up the mail. We don't really bother with big mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on getting our trades right and making sure our clients are getting what they expected. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We have some regulars who drop by just to say hello, which makes the day go by a bit faster.
