Iiba Foundation

Our office is in the Palm Springs Plaza, right on Golf Course Road in Sector 54. It’s a tall building and we are way up on the 15th floor in office 1510. Being in this part of Gurugram means there is always a lot of activity around us. You can see quite a bit of the city from our windows when the weather is clear. We spend our days here working on foundation matters. It’s not all glamour even though the address sounds fancy. Most of the time it’s just us sitting at our desks, answering calls and organizing paperwork. We take turns bringing in snacks for the afternoon break. The lift can be slow during lunch hour when everyone is heading out. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this place over time. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. It’s a practical space where we focus on what needs to get done for the day. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold, other times it’s just right. We don’t have any big corporate slogans on the walls. It’s just a workspace. People around here are mostly busy with their own thing, but we say hello in the hallways. We've been at this spot for a bit now and it feels like home for the staff. It's just a regular office where we try to do some good work. We have a small kettle in the corner for making coffee when the afternoons get long.
