Hospital India Help

Hospital India Help is based in Jhansa Market No. 1, which is right near the Gurudwara. We are actually positioned opposite the big Medicity Hospital in Sector - 39. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because Medicity is so huge and we are much smaller, sitting right there across the way. Our office in the market is where we do most of our work, which usually involves helping people figure out where to go for their medical needs or how to get the support they are looking for. The market is always buzzing with people, and being near the Gurudwara means there is always a lot of movement and spirit around us. We don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of high-tech gadgets. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of files to keep track of. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who walk in because they are overwhelmed by the big hospitals nearby. We try to be a calm spot in a very busy part of Sector - 39. Our team is small, just a few people who know the healthcare system well enough to be useful to others. We don't make big promises; we just sit down with whoever comes in and try to point them in the right direction. It’s a simple job but it keeps us busy from morning until the market starts to close up at night.
