Home For Hope Foundation

So, we are over here in Sector-57, tucked away on the second floor of Flat A-5. It’s not a huge place, but it works for what we do. We started Home For Hope Foundation because we saw some things in the neighborhood that just didn’t sit right with us. It wasn’t some big plan or anything fancy. A few of us just sat down one afternoon and decided we should probably try to be useful. Most days you’ll find one or two of us shuffling papers or talking to folks who drop by. It gets a bit noisy when the traffic picks up outside, but you get used to it. We don't have a big staff or anything like that. It's mostly just us trying to figure things out as we go. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs a lot, which I guess is good for us. We spend a lot of time just listening to people. Every day is a bit different here. One day might be quiet, and the next we have people coming in and out all afternoon. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with fancy meetings. We just sit around the table and talk about what needs doing next. It’s a simple way of running things, but it feels right for this part of town. If you’re ever around Sector-57, you might see our sign. It’s nothing flashy, just us doing our bit.
