Hbti 92 Alumni Foundation

We have got a spot for the Hbti 92 Alumni Foundation up on the 7th floor of the Paras Downtown Centre. It is right there on Golf Course Road in DLF Phase 5. Even though it is a bit of a fancy building, we try to keep things pretty casual inside. It is mostly just a group of us who went to school together back in 1992. We wanted a place to stay connected and do a bit of good now that we are all older. The views from the 7th floor are nice, but we spend most of our time staring at spreadsheets or talking on the phone. It is not a high-pressure environment at all. We catch up on old times and then get to work on whatever project is currently on the table. Sometimes the elevators take forever, but that is just part of being in a big building. We are not professional fundraisers or anything like that. We are just engineers who have known each other for decades. It feels more like a club than a foundation sometimes. We do not really do the whole formal board meeting thing. We just talk through ideas and see what sticks. It has been good to have this space to meet up. If you are ever around the Golf Course Road area, that is where you will find us, usually drinking too much coffee.
