We are based at Unit 6 in the Global Foyer building. That is on Golf Course Road, Sec-43. Hbg Medical Assistance Pvt Ltd is what the sign says on the door. It’s a nice enough building, though the traffic on Golf Course Road can be a real pain during rush hour. We spend our days helping people figure out their medical travel and assistance. It’s a lot of coordination work. We have a few desks and a lot of computers in Unit 6. It isn't a clinic where you see doctors, more like an office where we plan things out. Sec-43 is a busy part of the city. We have a small team of people who know how the medical systems work. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all day. We just take one call at a time. It’s a private limited company, but we don't act all corporate and stiff. We just talk to people like normal humans. If you are coming to see us, give yourself extra time for the Golf Course Road traffic. We’ve been in Global Foyer for a while now. It’s a good spot once you get inside. We mostly deal with people who need help getting to the right hospital or getting their paperwork in order. It’s a lot of detail work, but we’re used to it. Just an office full of people trying to make things easier for patients going through a difficult time.
