Haveli Ram Bansi Lal is the name of our business. We are located in Hans Ram Market in Sector-18. If you look for the Orient Craft building, we are right opposite that. It is a busy part of the city and there is always a lot of traffic. We have been in this market for many years. It is a simple place where we do our daily work. We don't have any flashy signs or anything that makes us stand out too much. Most of our customers are people who have been coming to this area for a long time. Inside the shop, things are a bit crowded with all the stuff we have to keep in stock. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just the basics to keep our accounts in order. Sector-18 is a place that never really sleeps. Even in the evenings, there are people moving about. We open early and close when the market starts to quiet down. It is just a regular life for us. We don't have a big mission or a corporate strategy. We just want to make sure the people who come to us get what they need. Sometimes we sit out front and talk to the other shopkeepers when things are slow. It is a community here in Hans Ram Market, and we are just happy to be a part of it, doing our thing day after day without much fuss.
