Harm Reduction Alternatives Federation. We’re over in DLF Phase-1, right on the top floor of F-1/23. Gurgaon gets pretty loud, but it’s okay up here. This organization came together because we saw things in the neighborhood that needed a different approach. We aren’t trying to change the whole world, just looking at ways to make things a little less rough for people dealing with some tough situations. It’s not always easy work. Sometimes we just sit and talk through problems for hours. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep our things and meet people who need to talk. We’ve been in this spot in Gurgaon-122002 for a while now. Most people around here know us by now. We try to keep things low-key. There’s no big reception desk or anything. You just walk in and we see how we can help. It’s practical stuff we deal with every day. We don’t have all the answers, but we try to find alternatives that actually work for real people. The top floor gets a bit warm in the summer, but we have a fan. It’s home for us during the work week. We just do our bit and hope it makes some kind of difference for the people who walk through that door. We aren't experts at everything, but we listen, and sometimes that is exactly what someone needs when they are having a hard time.
