We operate out of Udyog Vihar, Phase-I in Dundahera. Our office is at number 263. This area is mostly full of corporate buildings and warehouses, so it feels very professional and busy. We deal with communication systems, which usually means a lot of talk about phone lines, internet cables, and office networking. Most of our work involves sitting at desks with computers or heading out to other offices in the area to set up their hardware. It is not very glamorous. There are wires everywhere and we often have to crawl under desks to get things plugged in. The office is functional, with plenty of space for our technical gear and spare parts. Dundahera can get very congested during rush hour, so we try to time our site visits to avoid the worst of the traffic. We have been doing this for a long time and have seen how communication technology has changed from old landlines to what we use today. We aren't a big flashy company; we are just a group of people who know how to get the phones and internet working. Some days are slow with just maintenance logs to fill out, and other days everyone’s system seems to go down at once. We just handle the calls as they come and try to keep everyone connected. It is a steady business in a very active part of town.
