Green Star Research And Development India Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No. 145 on the first floor of Sector 7 in IMT Manesar. Manesar is an industrial hub, so it's mostly factories and offices all around us. We spend a lot of our time in the lab area or at our desks trying to figure out new things. It’s a lot of trial and error here. Sometimes things work out and sometimes they don't, which is just how research goes. Our space isn't very big, but we have what we need to get through the day. There’s a lot of focus on technical details that might seem boring to someone else, but it’s what we do. We don't really have a sales team or anything like that because we are focused on the development side of things. The commute to IMT Manesar can be a bit of a trek depending on where you live, so we all arrive at different times and get straight to work. The building is pretty standard for the area, and we have some neighbors who are also in the manufacturing business. We keep to ourselves mostly, focusing on the projects we have in front of us. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we do try to stay on top of our deadlines. It’s just a group of us working together in Sector 7, trying to make things a little bit better through our research.
